[BRANCH] ASTORIA

[SERVER] MANAGER NO. 1

[DATE] 2/1/22

[INDEX ID] AEB04

[SECURITY] DINER

You might have already seen, but Mr. Bartlett will be working with the Cafe and Diner to better serve Miss. Augustine. Of course, Miss. Augustine is still primarily the Palm Beach Branch's customer. However, due to her status and service needed, the Managers have decided it's a Cafe-wide affair. We're currently cooking under-seasoned. If our initial Daiquiri isn't up to Miss. Augustine's standards expect a salted rim to be required.

Speaking of, we're running on a bit of a deadline now. Bravo wants this situation dealt with before the end of March. Bravo will step in on April 1st, and they are less keen on seeing Miss. Augustine gets home. No jokes. So we really will need all hands on deck. Of course, four of our hands and one of our tails have decided to take a short vacation in Quebec. However, we've decided to put a hold on the ODOG tab, which should free up some employees to help with this. Of course, if other customers come up, we will serve them the best we can. I also know that No. 3 & No. 7 have a mess to clean up elsewhere, so I've given them the green light to take care of that first.

I also know that Mr. Bartlett expressed some... concerns... about our service strategy. Well, I can't say I know what the best course forward is. And I do know we've already poked a few too many sleeping bears. So I'm letting Mr. Bartlett take the helm on this until March. If a better solution isn't found, well, we're going to go back to No. 5's original plan for better or for worse.
