On October 1st, 2021, we were alerted to a customer who needed service in the Frozen North. Mrs. Hanako proved to be a tricky customer to satisfy, constantly switching her order from Orange Juice, to Corpse Reviver, to Amazake, to London Fog. However, as we later learned, it wasn't Mrs. Hanako switching the drinks; it was Mr. Bartlett. Mr. Bartlett has since "apologized" for his deceit and assisted us in serving Mrs. Hanako her correct drink. 

In the end, we served Mrs. Hanako an Orange Juice after originally serving her an Amazake. While this caused a small headache for our Amazake distributor, we have patched it all up. It's unclear if Orange Juice was her actual initial order. After chewing it over for a bit, there's not much we could've done to ensure that she got her initial order, so she will have to be satisfied with the Orange Juice we gave her. Not that she could tell the difference. There are potentially still some other customers with mixed-up orders out there. Mr. Bartlett was very busy causing his chaos. However, it is not our priority to ensure that these customers are dealt with at the moment. We'll handle them on a need-to-serve basis.

However… it seems that one of these mixed-up customers might be closer to the Cafe than the others. We will address this mix-up after taking care of our current priority customer, Miss. Augustine at the Palm Beach Branch. Mrs. Hanako has been served and is currently not seeking a new reservation, so this tab has been closed. For now, at least.
