Guess who’s back on House duty again? Yep. Though I don’t mind it. Despite the strange changes happening in the House as of late, it still works the same Wednesday-to-Wednesday. It just has a lot more dandelions and strange portraits these days. I’m guessing this has to do with the general uproar caused two or so months ago. The main advantage of using the House over Astoria’s private jets or No. 17’s various public keys is that the House is great at moving a lot of people at once. And this is going to be a fairly large team.
Of course, No. 224 will join us and act as our guide around the Ice Water Distribution center. No. 1313 is tagging along, mostly to see the place and to clear her head of recent intrusive rhymes. No. 35 is coming along thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the Langleys and, specifically, Theodosia. No. 53 is serving as our primary muscle should things go wrong. And finally, No. 422 is coming along to guide our guide. Oh. And there’s another employee who’s hitching a ride, though that’s apparently on a need-to-know basis, and the Diner does not need to know.
We’re leaving today, obviously, and should be back by next Wednesday, obviously. No. 224 has assured us that this should be a very simple adventure and that he knows the way. So, with that in mind, we might be back a week later than expected. Ideally, once we have Theodosia’s stone, we can swing the House by Nikki’s place, drop it off for her, and pick up the Actuaries while we’re at it. There are a lot of moving parts to this plan, but I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Apparently, Nikki’s been more than handling her grandpa with the Stones she already has. These last four are more so to put an end to this problem once and for all.
