Good news and potentially bad news.
The good news? With some help from Max—and ████ ████ ████ “████████” ██ █████ ███ ███—we now have a ████████ ████ ████████ ████’█ ██████ ██ ███████.
I won’t say it was easy, because wow, those guys really don’t like being spied on. But we pulled it off. That means we can start pulling files directly from their system.
Now, the potential bad news?
Just because we have access doesn’t mean this is gonna be a cakewalk. ████ ███████ ███ ██████████ ████ █ ████████ ███████’█ ██████ ███████—█████-██████████, ██████████, ███ ██████ █████ ██ ████ ████████████ ████████ ████ ███████ ████████ ████████ ██████ is going to be painful. If—IF—we can even crack them at all.
Also? I’d bet my last CaDCom they’ve got digital failsafes in place. If they realize we’re in? We can kiss the Cafe and Diner goodbye. You saw what ██████ did… imagine what ██████ can do.
So yeah, cracking these reports is going to take time. A lot of time. But this? This is huge. We can finally start figuring out what they’re really after—what they know that we don’t.
As for how they’ve encrypted their files…?
I don’t know. Mikey doesn’t know. Max doesn’t know.
At best, I might be able to pull one or two characters if my theory is correct.
Other than that…?
We may be on our own.
