Well… that’s rather strange, isn’t it? Miss. Guile, I was expecting to see—Miss. Tisi as well, but Miss. Wednesday? What the hell is she doing here? Is she also after the other Antekeys? Doesn’t she have one herself? She must, right? So far, our Quebec-based distributors have been a bit all over the place, mythologically speaking. Miss. Bad isn’t quite at the top of my mind for Apple Juice. Miss. Satsuki—well, she isn’t as odd, though Amazake, in general, still leaves much to be discovered. And Ichor is under the control of Miss. Nocturne, which is odd but has been somewhat explained. But Miss. Wednesday? She has to be our Mead distributor. Who else could it be?
Naturally, I had to investigate this further, so I decided to have a chat with Miss. Wednesday. She is the guest staying in room 108. She arrived at the hotel only hours(?) before we did, and she was apparently the first to arrive at the hotel. While she didn’t say exactly what brought her here, she did mention trying to stay one step ahead of a certain trickster. And while Miss. Guile certainly comes to mind, Miss. Wednesday is also associated with a rather well-known Québécois trickster. Unfortunately, it seems like Miss. Wednesday is otherwise at a dead end without Mr. Inn at her side.
Interestingly, Miss. Wednesday, did recall having a run-in with Mr. (For now, anyway) Pike. At least, Miss. Wednesday believes it was Mr. Pike who invited her to La Sonim Hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of memory and thought makes Miss. Wednesday a tough nut to crack. There was certainly something fishy going on at our Mead distributor’s warehouse. While she might have come here to claim the Antekey originally, she seems more focused on finding a way out—well, that, and eating a disgusting amount of the horrid continental breakfast. Eh—protein is protein, I guess.
