Subject: Hyperion Cult
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it would seem our security was not enough. The Hyperion Cult has stolen our Sebitti. We are unsure how they managed to claw their way into the Phantom Lane. We thought it would be… impossible. Though perhaps Willow DeWeaver has access to opened doors we are unaware of. Agent Nec was worried that might be the case, as the House seems to have responded to her reawakening last year. Well, at least we know now that the House is not, in fact, Widow proof.
I am unsure what our next steps should be beyond planning for the coming end of days. With all seven Sebitti in his possession, it truly is only a matter of time until Fenrir absorbs their powers and takes out the sun. Interesting side note: I think we’ve all been misled slightly. Or, perhaps it is more accurate to say there has been a misnomer afoot? We’ve been worried about Fenrir “eating” the sun, per his name’s sake. Though we’ve been so self-absorbed, we haven’t bothered to ask which sun he intended to destroy. Yes, it would seem Fenrir, Warden, and Willow DeWeaver are seeking to snuff out the sun of Ottawa.
I know, it's a bit ridiculous that Canada would have an entirely different sun to our own. By now, I’m sure we’re all familiar with Diner speak, yes? Well, seeing as our days are numbered, what is the point, really? The Topside. That’s Fenrir and the Hyperion’s true aim. To turn off its iridescent divine light that bathes the entirety of the Otherside. To be fair, we should have seen that coming… the Sun of Babylon did only work under Heaven’s light, after all.
Oh well. Let’s just enjoy the end of our days together in our shared madness.
