Well, it seems we’ve served our last London Fog—at least for now. The hot drink of the winter has melted away with the spring, I suppose. Maybe customers are looking for something a bit cooler now, instead of a steamy cup of tea.

Some of the Cafe finally got to meet M.K. face-to-face, though only briefly. He’s a man of few words, unlike his underling—Miss. Umbra. Or Mr. Muldra Yonomo. Or, hell, even Crow. And it seems like Miss. 112 has moved on—not just from Long Island, but from New York entirely.

…However, No. 6 has reported a sudden spike in demand for London Fogs down in Jacksonville, Florida. It’s a bit of a drive from Palm Beach, sure, but it seems the London Fog drinkers have found a new preferred haunt. So, we’re leaving things in their hands while we focus on finally getting our own Cafe fully set up. Between all the customers lately, we haven’t had much time to properly flip our closed sign to open. We will, though, be sending No. 1124 down to Florida with our most complete copy of the RRBT to help the team there serve their London Fog drinkers properly.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, No. 1124, for all your help up here. I know you’re still new to the whole “coffee trade” business, but hey—I was new once too. Kind of just thrown into it, told I’d pick it up along the way. And you know what? I think I did… despite a few hiccups. Like the true owner of the Cafe always says: “There’s no such thing as mistakes, only half-successes.” And with each customer you’ve helped us serve here, you’ve gotten one step closer to becoming a well-seasoned barista.

…I will warn you, though—the Palm Beach Branch is a bit… eccentric. More so than our Cafe, if you can believe it. They’ve got… well, a very human boy, an alcoholic old, old, old-timer, a rhyming oracle, a sitcom-loving conduit, and one questionably-alive girl. But she’s super nice! And don’t worry—she’s not into London Fogs… just, uh, well, Corpse Revivers.

Yours from Long Island,

No. 3
